The evidence-based reports provide administrative summaries of data that funding sources appreciate.

The detailed reports provide administrators with tools to manage successful chess training programs

Participation activity is reported by the individual student. Progress and participation can be measured by the number of games completed against other students and against our computer-assisted player (CAP). 

Wins, losses, stallmates, and withdrawals are reported separately by week, month (30 days), and inception-to-date for trend analysis

Coming soon, logic chess quizzes designed to detect mastery of the specific cognitive skills referred to earlier. There will be at least 5 questions geared to each of the seven cognitive skills. The quizzes will be optional. If given at the end of lesson 10 and lesson 37, a comparison should indicate improvement.

Parental involvement strengthens any supplemental learning program
Parents have access to summary activity and progress reports for their child. Parents can also review game history and step through games move by move.
We hope this transparency builds support at home and reinforces student accountability.

The Fun with Chess Learning System is designed to fit the needs of any school, after-school program, or youth organization. Students can access the platform on any internet-connected device, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. The program can be implemented as a fully self-paced stand-alone learning experience, enhanced with a virtual instructor, or supported by an on-site instructor for a more traditional classroom environment.

Because the system is available 24/7, year-round, students can continue learning and practicing after school, on weekends, and during summer, winter, and holiday breaks. This flexible implementation model allows organizations to choose the approach that best matches their educational

If you wish, online training is available to prepare your staff to teach basic chess via remote instructor-led Fun with Chess classes. Your staff will learn to play chess, present course material, and navigate the Fun with Chess system as both students and administrators/instructors.
